On the same note as the submarine story I came across this
 Australian woman serve on the front lines.

Just like the title states woman in AUstralia are now eligible to serve on the front lines along with the men. Australia joins the list of Canada, Germany, South Korea, France, Spain, New Zealand, Denmark and Israel in allowing woman to serve on the front lines.
