Okay okay okay, but just like every other article about equality in the workplace, this one is biased. Not ALL women are lazy and only work hard for a few years. Not ALL women get discouraged and leave their jobs for lower paying, less prestigious jobs. It is true that some do, but again, some don't. Some work hard for years and move up the ladder only to hit the glass ceiling and have nowhere else to go. Some stay in the same company from when they get out of college to when they retire. There are two sides to every argument. Well, two sides to every argument except the one about gender helping women in politics. There's no way gender doesn't help women in politics ahahah :)
